Latinas Represent aims to increase the number and diversity of Latinas in public service to transform our communities and build a more reflective democracy.

Latinos make up about 20% of the U.S. population but only 2% of local, state, and federal elected offices. Formerly an initiative of the National Hispanic Leadership Agenda, we’re working to change that.
