Addressing Burnout en Nosotras y en Comunidad

As leaders of color, we often internalize that we are never meant to burn out. Meanwhile, we take on leadership in many forms: in families, boardrooms, and community spaces. This workshop will help us identify our signs of burnout and find ways to tend to ourselves: before burnout occurs, and what to do if we are already there. You will need something to write with and on and a space to tune in without distractions.

 
Truth Defensoras: Combating Mis/Disinformation

Although our programs are free, it does take a significant amount of work, effort, and time to make it a reality. If you have the means, we would greatly appreciate a donation of $50-$250 to make it possible for us to keep offering programming to future cohorts.

Our programs are open to Latinas and their allies throughout the United States. We are thrilled to be able to help Latinas nationwide build networks and community.
